These terms apply to your use of FanaPulse.
FanaPulse is a social prediction and fan-engagement service operated by Spica Solutions Ltd.
Using FanaPulse
You may use FanaPulse for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, access accounts or systems without permission, or use FanaPulse for unlawful activity.
Predictions and scores
Predictions, scores and leaderboards are provided for entertainment and social competition.
FanaPulse does not provide real-money gambling or betting services and does not guarantee that information, results or scoring will always be error-free.
Availability
FanaPulse is currently an early-stage service. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed while the product is being developed.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse prevention.
Your content
You remain responsible for information you submit to FanaPulse. You give us permission to process that information as necessary to operate the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FanaPulse and Spica Solutions Ltd are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use or temporary unavailability of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version will be published here.
